Print checklist (2 versions included). You may select a checklist with pre-selected foods, or write in your own choices. Select one or more types of white food that you would like to introduce. Provide child with one white food item at a time. Place onto the placemat or paper plate. You may wish to cover the food with a napkin if the child demonstrates a limited ability to cope with looking at less preferred or new food. You can remove the napkin as tolerated.
